Agreement Signed for University Bus Facility
In the beginning of the next year, the University shall start functioning completely from Permanent Campus at Bateshwar, Sylhet. University buses will run on three routes for students to travel to campus from various places in Sylhet.? M/S R.K. Enterprise will provide those buses. An agreement was signed between Metropolitan University and R.K. Enterprise on Thursday, 7th?November 2019.
Registrar Mr. Muhammad FR Tanvir and the Director (Admin) Mr. Tarek Islam signed on behalf of the University. The Chairman Board of Trustees Dr. Toufique Rahman Chowdhury; Pro-Vice Chancellor, Professor Shiba Prasad Sen; Treasurer, Professor Dr. Suresh Ranjan Basak; Member Board of Trustees, Mr Muhitul Bari Rahman; Advisor (Student Welfare), Professor Choudhury M. Mukammel Wahid; Deputy Registrar, Lukman Ahmed Chowdhury; Deputy Controller of Examinations, Khondokar Moksud Ahmed attended the signing ceremony.
Buses will follow three routes from the city: Temukhi-Amborkhana-Shahi Edgah-Campus, Kazir Bazar-Rikabi Bazar-Amborkhana-campus and Chondipul-Uposhahar-Subhani Ghat-Mirabazar-Campus.
