Brand Ambassador of Metropolitan University and Former Captain Bangladesh National Cricket Team Md. Rajin Saleh Alam is going to retire on 5th November 2018, playing his last match in National League at Cox?s Bazar. Mr. Rajin announced this in front of the media just before the first test match held in Sylhet International Stadium on 3rd November 2018.
On 20th August 2003, Md. Rajin Saleh made his international debut in Karachi against Pakistan Cricket Team.
During his career, Md. Rajin Saleh played 24 Tests and 43 ODI matches.
Md. Rajin Saleh scored more than 8000 runs in first class cricket. In his long career of 147 matches, he scored at an average of 35.73 including 18 centuries and 42 half centuries.
