Dr. MZ Ashraful received PhD From South Asian University
Dr. MZ Ashraful, Assistant Professor of the Department of Law & Justice has received his PhD from South Asian University, a renowned University in India.
The Chairman Board of Trustees Dr. Toufique Rahman Chowdhury and The Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md Saleh Uddin PhD have congratulated him on his success.
His research was on "The Law on the Transnational Sales Contracts in Bangladesh- Need for Harmonization" and supervised by Dr. Sai Ramani Garimella, Assistant Professor of South Asian University.
Dr. MZ Ashraful passed his SSC and HSC in 2004 & 2006 respectively and was admitted in the Department of Law & Justice, Metropolitan University. After receiving LL.B & LL.M Degree from Metropolitan University, he went to South Asian University to complete his second LL.M course.
He started his career as a Lecturer in the Department of Law & Justice and is currently working as an Assistant Professor.
Dr. MZ Ashraful has published many research articles in various journals around the world. He has worked as a research assistant on multiple projects as well as presented research papers on various aspects of law at international conferences held in different countries.
Dr. Ashraful is a registered lawyer of Bangladesh Bar Council, member of Sylhet District Bar Association and also the author of a Book
