Muhammad Forhad Imran?s book launch program (for his first book named Mongora) was held on 27th November, 2014 at M. Habibur Rahman Library Hall in Metropolitan University. The programme was launched by Professor Dr. Saleh Uddin Ahmed, Vice-Chancellor of the university. Many academics of the university along with the students and various professionals participated on this programme. Professor Emirates Abdul Aziz, Professor Shiba Prashad Sen, Treasurer; Professor Dr Suresh Ranjan Basak, Dean, School of Humanities and Social Sciences; Professor Dr Taher Billal Khalifa, Dean, School of Business; Associate Professor Chowdhury Mukammel Wahid, Dean-in-Charge, School of Science and Technology; Professor Khandakar Mahmudur Rahman, Registrar; Professor Nandalal Sharma, Proctor and Controller of Examinations, Mr. Tarek Islam, Director, Administration were mentionable among them. The Chief Guest Dr. Saleh Uddin encourages such literary efforts for enhancing the depth of thoughts in literature.?Muhammad Forhad Imran, the author of the book has been studying BBA at this university and was born at Ajmirigonj in Hobigonj.
