Like every year, CSE Society of the Metropolitan University has arranged the Junior Programming Contest on 3rd October 2020. The contest was completed with the participation of students from the 47th to the 51st batch of CSE Department. Considering the Covid-19 situation, this time the programming contest was organised in a different way. An online contest has been arranged instead of an on-site contest. At the end of the contest, the names of the winners were announced at a special function in Google Meet Platform conducted by Maruf Hossain, the current General Secretary of CSE Society. The Head of the Department of CSE and President of CSE Society Associate Professor; Dr. ASM Iftekhar Uddin, Lecturer Rupsree Dey, Nusrat Farzana and Former Lecturer Fahim Sadi attended the ceremony. In the Junior Programming Contest 2020, Md. Suhail Alam (50th Batch), Falak Ahmed Sakib (50th Batch) and Nahid Chowdhury (48th Batch) comes first, second and third respectively. Besides, Nowshin Sharmin has become best girl programmer and secure 4th place in the contest.
