Meetings of Academic Council, Syndicate & the Board of Trustees
The meetings Academic Council, Syndicate and the Board of Trustees were held on Thursday, the 6th?December 2018 in University Conference Hall.
The meeting of the Board of Trustees was presided over by the Chairman, Board of Trustees, Dr. Toufique Rahman Chowdhury. The meetings of Academic Council and Syndicate were chaired by the Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University Professor Shiba Prasad Sen.
In the beginning, 28th?meeting of the Academic Council of Metropolitan University was held. It was followed by the 19th?meeting of the Syndicate and the 33rd?meeting of the Board of Trustees.
The meetings ratified the minutes of the previous meetings as well as some vital decisions regarding?appointment and promotion of faculty members and officials, results of the students who graduated in the last term, study leave of the faculty members,?extension of the registration time, approval of examination committees of different departments, and progress of construction work in permanent campus.
