Metropolitan University expresses solidarity with the ‘The World Stops for Gaza’ campaign


Metropolitan University has decided to express solidarity with the ‘The World Stops for Gaza’ campaign. As a gesture of support, the University’s Board of Trustees has decided to suspend all academic activities on Monday (April 7).

In protest against the ongoing genocide in Gaza by Israel, “The National and Islamic Forces in Palestine” has called for a global campaign titled “The World Stops for Gaza” under the slogan “No Work, No School.” The organization has urged people to observe this campaign on Monday (April 7). They have called for participation not only in Palestine but across the entire world.

The organization has urged everyone around the world to truly embody the slogan “No Work, No School” in solidarity. They believe that this campaign will help raise awareness against Israel’s brutality and strengthen the global protest.

The Board of Trustees of Metropolitan University has expressed full solidarity and declared their wholehearted support for the “The World Stops for Gaza” campaign.
