  To establish an Institutional Quality Assurance Cell, Metropolitan University signed an agreement with the UGC on Monday 13th February 2017. Along with Metropolitan University 7 others renowned Universities signed the agreement. The Chairman of University Grant Commission (UGC) Professor Abdul Mannan was present at the signing ceremony as the chief guest. On behalf of Metropolitan University, the Vice Chancellor Professor Md. Saleh Uddin and The Dean School of Business & Economics Professor Dr. Taher Billal Khalifa attended the ceremony. Under the agreement, Metropolitan University and 7 more Universities will have total amount of BDT 7, 41, 50,000/- To establish an Institutional Quality Assurance Cell.
