Ambassador Major General (Retd.) Mohammad Ashab Uddin ndc psc MPhil joined?Metropolitan University?as the Advisor to the Hon'ble Chairman, Board of Trustees. On the occasion, a goodwill meeting was held at the Professor M Habibur Rahman Library Hall at?2pm?on Tuesday, the 3rd April 2018. At the outset, Registrar of the University, Mr. Muhammad FR Tanvir introduced?Major General (Retd.) Mohammad Ashab Uddin ndc psc MPhil to the audience. At the beginning of his speech, Ambassador Major General (Retd.) Mohammad Ashab Uddin remembered all martyrs, freedom fighters and language activists of the nation. Mohammad Ashab Uddin told the students,??Self-perception is education. Do not become?only?educated, be wise. The wise never make bad decisions.???He also added, ?Think out of the circle, it will increase originality. You have to know yourself, know the world and world politics.? He thanked Metropolitan University authority for appointing him as an Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Deans of schools, Heads of Departments, Registrar, Controller of Examinations, Directors, faculty members and other officials, and employees were also present in the programme.
