Theater creates a new enthusiasm, provides rechargeable life. Metropolitan University Theater has started their journey by arranging their first stage play ?1971? written by legendary Humayun Ahmed. Story of the drama is totally based on Liberation war held in 1971. MU Theater is build with some energetic and devoted members who always intend to do something better on the stage.
Drama takes stage at 8:40pm on 13th Dec, 2014 at Central Martyr Monument, Sylhet.
Teachers & Students from the different schools of Metropolitan University remained present in the programme to enjoy their performance. The crowed present in the show proves that the first hit of MU Theater was undoubtedly successful.
At the end of the drama MU theater has got a huge response from the audience. One of them says, certainly it was so much enjoying and successful show and we have seen a very fascinating performance given by the members of MU Theater. Hopefully we will be able to enjoy some other stage play soon by this energetic theater.
On 17th Dec MU Theater has decided to perform this drama again on the stage at University Library Hall at 3pm.
