The first Bangladeshi to reach the summit of Mount Everest Mr. Musa Ibrahim has visited Metropolitan University on Wednesday Oct 14, 2015. He has come to Sylhet in the campaign of Mini Sky Marathon starting on November. He is a Bangladeshi mountaineer and a journalist by profession. A seminar is arranged for him in the University and it was open for everyone. Musa Ibrahim Says, ?Students of Metropolitan University participate in various popular tournaments and performing very well in sports and other extracurricular activities beside study and the University also supports the students all the way. I hope, students of Metropolitan University will participates in the Mini Sky Marathon competition and they will again prove their eligibility? Seminar is hosted by the Mr. Tarek Islam (Director, Admin). Acting Vice Chancellor of the University Prof. Shiba Prashad Sen, Dean of all Schools, Head of all the Department attends the seminar.
