A seminar on 'Ethics in Research and Publication' was held at Metropolitan University on the 22nd February 2018, Thursday in Professor M. Habibur Rahman Library hall with the initiative of the Department of English. Head of the Department of English, Mr. Anik Biswas presided over the seminar and Acting Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Shiba Prasad Sen was the Chief Guest. Dr. Hussain Al Mamun, Professor of the Department of English, Shahjalal University of Science & Technology spoke as Special Guest and the Executive Director of the East West University Center for Research and Publications and Professor Mohammed Shahriar Haque of the Department of English was the keynote speaker in the seminar. In the seminar, the importance of ethics in different types of research and publication was discussed by the speakers.
