Seminar on Rabindranath Tagore?s Gitanjali
A seminar titled ?Symbiosis of Text and Music in Rabindranath Tagore?s Gitanjali? was held on?15th?November 2018 at Permanent Campus of Metropolitan University organised by the Department of English.
The Seminar was presided over by the Head of the Department Mr. Anik Biswas and anchored by Lecturer of the Department Ms. Tasnuva Tabassum.?Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Professor Suresh Ranjan Basak PhD was the keynote speaker.
Seminar was open to all undergraduates and graduate students of the department. Several poems were recited and songs were sung from the Gitanjali.
