On 5th April 2015 the Secretary of Metropolitan University Rover Scout Group Mr. Shah Minhaz Rahman is awarded with Wood Badge Parchment Certificate and received Scarf Badge from Sylhet District Commissioner Mr. Shahidul Islam. Shah Minhaz Rahman achieved the wood badge on 04th Feb 2015. He joined Scout Movement as a navy scout in 1995 and he was awarded as a President Scout in 2001 by the honorable President of Bangladesh. In the year 2008, completing the Rover Leader Basic Course he becomes an Adult Leader. In 2014 he achieved national certificate award(nca) and in this year he has achieved Wood Badge Parchment Certificate. Wood Badge recognised as a Degree on Scouting. District Rover Scout Commissioner Johir Uddin Amin, Treasure Dr. Shah Jaman Chy Bahar, Secretary Md. Mubosir Ali and all other members of Sylhet District Rover Scout Executive Committee congratulated Minhaz Rahman for his achievement.
