Team Omega Became Second Runner Up
Metropolitan University's 'Team Omega' has become Second Runner up in the ?Ignition 2018: National Mechanical Festival? competition held in Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET).
Team Omega has shown success in the line follower robot event in the competition while competing with the nation?s various public and private universities.
Team Omega is formed with the students of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and the Department of Computer Science and Engineering led by Md. Anwarul Kawchar. Other members of the team are Sheikh Md. Zakaria, Abdullah Al Numan, Niloy Rashid and Rakibuzzaman Tonmoy.
The Chairman Board of Trustees Dr. Toufique Rahman Chowdhury congratulated the team on their achievement.
It may be mentioned that Team Omega participated and became champions in some other national competitions.
