The workshop of Leadership Development Forum (LDF) is held in Metropolitan University on 10th April 2016. The workshop is auspicated by the speech of the Pro Vice Chancellor of Metropolitan University Professor Shiba Prashad Sen. He says, ?The future leader of the nation will be created from our students and they will appropriately lead to ensure the development of the country.? He also says, ?Expert leadership is very indispensable in institutional, social, economic, political and even family levels.? The Treasurer of Metropolitan University and Chairman of Leadership Development Forum Professor Khandker Mahmudur Rahman was present as the resource person. The AVP and Manager of the Dutch Bangla Bank Ltd. (Sylhet Branch) Mr Nisar Ahmed was the keynote speaker of the workshop. As well as the Director (Finance) of Metropolitan University Mr. Mihir Kanti Choudhury, Head of the Department of Business Administration Md. Jamal Uddin, Associate Professor of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering (SUST) Dr. Refat Kibria also join in the discussion. The workshop was hosted by the member secretary of LDF Nawshad Ahmed Chowdhury (Senior Lecturer, Dept. of EEE).
