Workshop on Mooting
The Department of Law & Justice Metropolitan University arranged a Workshop on Mooting at the City Campus.
Assistant Judge,?Bangladesh Judicial Service?Mr. Shariful Haque and the Lecturer of the Department of Law & Justice Mr.?Kawsar Mahmood?conducted two sessions in the workshop. The detailed concept of mooting, its requirements and the various techniques of getting skilled in mooting were discussed during the sessions.
In another session, Tamanna Tabasam Kabir, a student of 30th?batch shared her experiences while participating in different mooting competitions. The students of all batches of the LL.B. (Honors) programme participated in the Workshop.
The Head of the Department of Law & Justice, Mr. Gazi Saiful Hasan cordially applauded all concerned and said, ?The initiative is very appreciable. Mooting Training and regular practice will improve the career of the students.?
Besides, the Dean of the School of Law, Professor Dr. M. Rabiul Hossain, Assistant Professor and Coordinator (LL.M. Programme) Sheikh Ashrafur Rahaman and Assistant Professor Sher-E-Alam also attended the sessions.
