A seminar on ?Creative Writing? by the Department of English
A seminar on ?Creative Writing? was held in Metropolitan University at the initiative of? 32nd?and 33rd?Batches of the Department of English on 29th?November 2018.
Presided over by the Head of the Department of English, Mr. Anik Biswas, the seminar was conducted by the Dean of School of Humanities & Social Sciences, Professor Dr. Suresh Ranjan Basak. Muna Shahid and Nurul Amin Rony jointly anchored the seminar.
The seminar started with the recitation of a poem composed by the students of the department.
Professor Dr. Suresh Ranjan Basak discussed the history, type, modern workshop and some other areas of Creative Writing.
Mr. Masum Khan, Associate Professor of the Department also spoke on the occasion.
