A research paper presented by the teachers of Metropolitan University has been awarded as the second best paper of an International Conference titled??4^thInternational Conference on Business and Economics? held at Dhaka University organised by the Faculty of Business Studies. Faculty member of Metropolitan University, Dr. Md. Mizanur Rahman presented the research paper titled ?Does Organizational Support Moderate the Relationship Between Work-Family / Family-Work Conflict and Well-Being of Private University Academicians?? Other researchers of the paper were Dr. Mohammad Jamal Uddin, Md. Saidur Rahman and Iqbal Hossain Murol. Researchers were awarded by certificates and prize money of $400. Total 65 papers of 14 nations including Australia, Japan, Turkey, UK, USA were presented in the conference. Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Dr. Toufique Rahman Chowdhury and Vice Chancellor, Professor Md. Saleh Uddin PhD Uddin congratulated them on their achievement.
