The External Peer Review of the Department of Law & Justice
External Peer Review of LL.B. (Hons.) and LL.M. Programme of the Department of Law & Justice of Metropolitan University was completed on 9th?July 2018. External Peer Review is a programme of Bangladesh University Grant Commission under Higher Education Quality Enhancement Project (HEQEP).
The three-day long Peer Review was conducted by quality assurance experts?Professor Ranjith Wijayawardana, Vice Chancellor of Rajarata University, Sri Lanka, Dr. Parvez Ahmed Assistant Professor & Head of the Department of Law, Green University and Professor Dr. M. Johurul Islam, Chairman of the Department of Law, Islamic University, Kusthia.
Expert team observed the Self-assessment report prepared by the self-assessment committee of Law & Justice, other related documents, programme of the University and Department, achievements and facilities etc.
End of the analysis, expert team handed over Peer Review report to?Professor?Choudhury M. Mukammel Wahid, additional director of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell?(IQAC) while the Chairman of the Self-assessment committee and Dean of the School of Law Dr. M. Rabiul Hossain, Head of the Dept. of Law & Justice Gazi Saiful Hasan, Assistant Professor and LL.M programme?coordinator?Sheikh Ashrafur Rahaman.
At the end of the analysis, the expert team handed over Peer Review report to?Professor?Choudhury M. Mukammel Wahid, Additional Director of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell?(IQAC) while the Chairman of the Self-assessment committee and Dean of the School of Law, Dr. M. Rabiul Hossain, Head of the Department of Law & Justice, Gazi Saiful Hasan, Assistant Professor and LL.M programme?Coordinator,?Sheikh Ashrafur Rahaman were present on the occasion.
