Muhammad Muzammil

Lecturer

His current research focuses on evaluating and enhancing the quality of higher education through empirical and statistical modeling approaches. Using the SERVQUAL model and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), he aims to analyze the interrelationships among service quality, student satisfaction, and student loyalty to develop a comprehensive framework for assessing educational quality at SUST in Sylhet, Bangladesh.

His research interests include developing composite indices for measuring educational quality, exploring key predictors of institutional effectiveness, and examining how universities align with SDG 4 (Quality Education) and national development agendas under Vision 2041.
