Call for papers
We are pleased to inform you that the Department of Law and Human Rights, University of Asia Pacific (UAP) is going to publish the volume #2 issue #1 of the
University of Asia Pacific Journal of Law and Policy (UAPJLP). Original research based articles in law and policy area are invited for publication in the upcoming issue. For details, you may wish to see the latest issue of the journal in this link

Submission Guidelines:
The UAPJLP is fully committed to publishing work based on original research. In drafting contributions, authors should keep in mind that manuscripts focused on legal research will only be considered for publication.
Authors are advised to follow the following guidelines while preparing or reviewing the manuscript.
- All manuscript must be within the 5000-7000 words including footnotes. No manuscript would be considered for publication if it exceeds the suggested word limit.
- Submission should be sent directly to the Editor-in-Chief at (Email: uapjlp@uap-bd.edu) as a Microsoft Word File.
- An abstract of 150-200 words should appear at the beginning of the manuscript.
- A 40-words biography about the author(s) should also be included.
- UPAJLP engages in double-blind peer reviews; authors? names must be excluded from the text.
- Manuscript should be 1.5 spaced with Times New Roman, 12 point type and 1 inch margin, including footnotes.
- The journal only accepts the footnotes. End notes are not accepted. Bibliography or references are not necessary. All footnotes MUST be formatted according to Australian guide of Legal Citation (AGLC). The authorized AGLC (3rd Edition) can be accessed in this link

- Manuscript submitted to UAPJLP should not have been published previously.
- The articles published in UAPJLP do not represent the views of the editorial board. The editor is responsible for the final selection of content and reserves the right not to publish work deemed inappropriate for publication.
- Responsibility for the views expressed in published work lies solely with the individual authors.
