The 29^th meeting of the Academic Council of Metropolitan University was held on Sunday, the 28^th? April 2019? in University Conference Hall. The meeting was presided over by the Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University Professor Shiba Prasad Sen. The meetings ratified the minutes of the 28th meeting of Academic Council as well as some vital decisions regarding?approval of examination committees of different departments,?curriculum committee of the Business Administration Department, the opening of Master in Social Sciences (MSS) Programme under Economics Department,?appointment and promotion of faculty members and officials, results of the students who graduated in the last term,?extension of the registration time etc. The Chairman Board of Trustees Dr. Toufique Rahman Chowdhury, The Deans of all Schools and the Heads of the Departments attended the meeting.
