Annual Literary and Cultural Week 2019 ended through various events on 13^th?November 2019. The Prize giving ceremony was held at the ending day of the Cultural Week started on 7^th?November 2019 organised by MU Cultural Club and MU Debating Club.

Pro Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Shiba Prasad Sen was present in the ceremony as the Chief Guest. Treasurer and Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Dr. Suresh Ranjan Basak, Dean of the School of Business & Economics Dr. Taher Billal Khalifa, Dean of the School of Law, Dr. M. Rabiul Hossain, Controller of Exams, Professor Nandalal Sharma and Barrister Md. Arash Ali were present on the occasion as Special Guests. The teachers of different departments, officials and the students of the University attended the Programme.

During the literary and cultural week, the students participated in various events like Rabindra Song, Nazrul Song, Poem Recitation, Dance, Essay Writing, Drawing /Poster Making, Impromptu Speech and Interdepartmental debate (Group). The Heads of different departments and faculty members supervised the competitions.

A fascinating cultural programme was held at the end of the prize giving ceremony.
