Application Training and Development Camp by Mozilla Firefox
On 20th April 2015, Mozilla Firefox has arranged ?Mozilla Firefox OS Application Training and Development Camp? in the campus.
28 students attended the programme among them 10 were from Sylhet Engineering College. Metropolitan University has achieved 1st, 2nd and 3rd position in the App development contest.
The team Nawaz Ahmed Chowdhury and Murad Ahmed achieved ed 1st position by developing a game namely Deshi Puzzle and an informative App for Police.
The team of Mahmudul Hasan and Shirin Akter ensured 2ndposition and the team of Md. Asif and Nusrat Sharmin 3rd.
At the end of the programme The Dean of The School of Science & Technology Chowdhury Mukammel Wahid handed over the awards to the winners.
