The event was inaugurated by our honorable Chairman Dr. Toufique Rahman Chowdhury along with our Vice chancellor Prof. Dr. Saleh Uddin. The chairman was very much impressed with the overall exhibition and has said that he would purchase twelve photographs and pay whatever the money the photographers ask! This was a great news for everybody at MUPS. BBC reporter Mr. MushtaqTufail has also made a visit to the exhibition and he too was amazed at what MUPS has done! He too showed interest into purchasing a few photos. Members of Leading University Photographic Society (LUPS) also came to see the exhibition and they were all surprised with an arrangement this beautiful that too for the first time! There was also a comments booth on the exhibition so that the visitors could write their views about the exhibition! Apart from a few negative comments the Members of MUPS were overjoyed reading all the best wishes! The main idea of the comments booth was so organizers could learn from what mistakes they?ve made and make the next event a better one!! Three renowned photographers of Sylhet were invited as guests to judge the photographs. They were Fakrul Islam , Abdul Munayem and Md. AkhlasUddin. They came on the 9th of July 2014 to see all the photographs and give their results. Owners of the top ten photos were awarded with Certificates!
