First secretary of the British High Commission in Dhaka and consular Regional Operations Manager (Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Maldives) Mr. Matthew Matsumoto-Prouten M.B.E visited Metropolitan University Sylhet on 18th February 2017. At the Metropolitan University, the British Council conducted a special English course for police officers. In the afternoon the First secretary of the British High Commission also visited the class. In the meantime, Mr. Matthew Matsumoto-Prouten M.B.E paid courtesy call to the Vice-Chancellor of Metropolitan University Professor Md. Saleh Uddin. Among others Muhammad FR Tanvir (Registrar), Tarek Islam (Director Administration), Adv. Lukman Ahmed Chowdhury (Assistant Registrar & PRO), Farhana Haque & Rahin M Chowdhury(Consular officer, British High Commission) also present there.
