Honourable Education Minister of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh Mr. Nurul Islam Nahid attends as the chief guest in the Foundation Laying Ceremony of the permanent campus of the University at Pirer Bazar, Bateswar on 20th April 2017. Education Minister says, ?Many prominent personalities of the nation have conveyed their assurance to Metropolitan University. It is undoubtedly a great achievement for all. I believe Metropolitan University will stand as an example soon.? He also says, ?The government has fixed the amount of land for the permanent campus of private universities. But the campus of the University is standing approximately on 8 acres land, which is double of the announced amount. I am hopeful that the speed at which the campus work is going on will end soon.?
