Metropolitan University Sports Club ?has organised football tournament ?LEAGUE M Season 4? in the permanent campus of Metropolitan University at Bateshwar, Sylhet. The?Vice Chancellor (in charge) of the University Professor Shiba Prasad Sen was present as the chief guest and announced the tournament is open. He also expressed greetings with the players of the participating teams. The Registrar of the University Mohammad Fazlur Rabb Tanvir, the Director (Administration) and adviser of MU Sports Club Mr. Tarek Islam and the Principal Officer NRBC Bank Mr. Abdul Kader Talukdar was present in the opening ceremony as special guest. There were 6 matches held on the 1st day of the tournament.
