Metropolitan University stood first in the 3rd Science & Technology Fair organised by Divisional Commissioner of Sylhet. Mobile Application ?Chasir Hasi? developed by Pronab, Makdiya, Jhumon and Sabbir the students of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering got the first position and marked as the most excellent manifestation of the fair. Metropolitan University competed with renowned universities and stood first. Pronab one the member of the winning team says, ?Undoubtedly this achievement will hearten us and make smooth the way of our advancement? Mr. Tarek Islam the Director (Admin) of Metropolitan University says, ? We want to bring up Metropolitan University to the world providing more science & technology related facilities to our students?
