Nine Students From Metropolitan University is in SDF's Committee
Metropolitan University is going to be the host of Sylhet Debate Federation (SDF). Regarding this issue an important meeting was held on Friday, 12 September 2014 at Prof. Habibur Rahman Library Hall with the Member & Co-convener of 17 renowned educational institute of Sylhet Division.
Recently SDF has announced its new committee where 9 of the students of Metropolitan University has got obligation. They are
Vice-chairman: Md. Iqbal Hossain (ENG-16th)
Joint-Secretary : A.M. Farhan sadik(LL.B- 24th)
Ass. Treasurer: Hafeja Akter Ruhi(LL.B- 22nd)
Ass. Publication and Publicity Secretary: Mahir Chowdhury( BBA- 26th)
Ass. Programme Secretary: Mofijur Rahman Mofi(LL.B- 24th)
Creative and Art Secretary: Atikur Rahman(BBA- 27th)
Ass. Creative and Art Secretary: Nishat Tasnim (ENG)
Ass. Hospitality Management Secretary: Rahima Talukdar Lija (LL.B-25th)
Ass. IT Secretary: Md. Ashraf Hossain (LL.B- 23rd)
Besides an ex student of Metropolitan University Advocate Mr. Shaki Shah Farifi also present in the program as an adviser.
SDF will reveal new debaters as well it will organize debate competition but none can participate in any competition from SDF?s banner with this motto SDF is working to achieve its goal.
