Seminar on ?Post Modernism and Law??
Department of Law and Justice of Metropolitan University, Sylhet organised a seminar entitled ?Post Modernism and Law??on?6th?December 2018 in Professor Habibur Rahman Library Hall. The Dean of the School of Humanities & Social Sciences Professor Dr. Suresh Ranjan Basak presided over the seminar.
Professor Syed Manzoorul Islam PhD,?prominent educationist of the University of Dhaka was present as the keynote speaker on the occasion.
In the seminar,?Professor Syed Manzoorul Islam?discussed the relation of the importance of postmodernism with the issues related to the formulation of law and application to ensure the legal rule of law, equality of everyone's position, and other legal rights. Faculty members and students of all departments attended the seminar
In the closing ceremony, Head of the Department of Law, Mr. Gazi Saiful Hasan thanked everyone for attending the seminar and a crest was handed over to the keynote speaker on behalf of the University.
