A seminar on ?Tax System in Different Countries? was held in Metropolitan University organised by Metropolitan University Finance Club. The Deputy Commissioner of Tax Md. Shad Ullah was present in the seminar as keynote speaker. During the seminar, the tax system of different countries was discussed. The members of the Finance Club discussed the tax system of Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Malaysia, China and Singapore. The Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Shiba Prasad Sen;? Dean of the School of Business & Economics, Professor Dr. Taher Billal Khalifa were also present in the seminar along with all other faculty members of the Department of Business Administration. At the end of the seminar, a crest was handed over to the keynote speaker on behalf of the Finance Club.
