Student of Metropolitan University Made a Modern Electronic Voting Machine
Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Metropolitan University recently made a modern and new Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) by including some amazing features. It is a Server Synchronize Electronics Voting Machine. By this machine it is possible to collect vote in swiftly, safely and transparent way. Prasanta Bhattacharjee the student from the Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering worked in the project under the supervision of Mr. Syed Rezwanul Haq Nabil (Lecturer, Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering). This device can send each voting information, time, device location, device power level and other various ?data to the central server and in a secret number by sms. It ensures the safety of the information. Moreover this machine has a feature to monitor effectiveness of ?voting button to ensure device hardware safety. If information can not be sent immediately due to weak mobile signal, this device will store all information in offline mood and send information again when it is connected with network again. This device will lessen any sort of artifice in voting as well enhance security in voting system. In order to avoid any kind of mistakes at counting vote, the device is functioned to publish the final result comparing mobile number and the secret information stored in it. In future the device manufacturers hope to extend this server synchronizes EVM device by attaching some other features such as ?detecting face, fingerprint and national ID card.
