Welcome to the Department of Computer Science and Engineering.

It is our immense pleasure of your interest in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. From our department, we are trying to produce skilled graduates and ethically responsible citizen to meet the global market demands by ensuring outcome based teaching-learning.

Department of Computer Science and Engineering is the centre of excellence for education, research, development and its collaborative atmosphere between faculty members and students.

We are following the updated curriculum at undergraduate and postgraduate level which has been designed interactively with external stakeholders like alumni and employers to meet the demand of those students who want to obtain a sound theoretical, technical and research-based knowledge in Computer Science and Engineering and compete in the job market locally and globally.

We are feeling proud to inform you that, a good number of our graduates are currently doing the job in many different sectors in the home and abroad. Moreover, many of them are self-employed by doing free-lancing; among them, some have developed their own software/IT firms as well.

On the other hand, our students regularly participate in many co-curricular and extra-curricular activities locally and nationally which bring name and fame for our department.

Students of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering formed CSE Society to arrange many different co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. Member of the CSE Society in co-operation with the faculty members regularly arrange seminar symposium, workshop, programming contest, software/apps development competition, cultural programs, tech-fest and social activities to ensure generic and leadership skills development.

CSE Alumni Association formed by more than 200 alumni, is participating in improvement plan and continues development of the department.
