A legal study was the passion of my life, which I aimed to use for promoting the peace and social harmony. Justice, equality, fairness, equity, and the rule of law are the principles that I have cherished in my academic juncture. The realization of my dreams started happening to be factual from the time when I joined in the School of Law, Metropolitan University. For the reason that, I got such an excellent opportunity to emanate closer to the teachers who are prominent researchers, academicians, thinker with idealistic character. It is a great pleasure for me to endorse with pride that School of Law, Metropolitan University has made me what I am now. The thing among others I can appreciate is that of supporting, caring and most significantly educational environment that I have received here. As a student of this University, I enjoyed all the classes and campus life because of friendly but scholastic and interactive atmosphere. I can state here with encouragement that School of Law is an excellent addition to Metropolitan University, a fact that has been evident to me in the last couple years that I have associated with it.

It’s a privilege to share my experience in this amazing platform. After completing my LL.B. (Honours) and LLM in Metropolitan University, Sylhet I moved to UK and currently working in Trafalgar Investment Company Ltd. in London as an Assistant Manager for four years. This is comparatively a big move from my study background, I am enjoying my career with bold confidence and would like to say the success lies on Metropolitan University for its career oriented guidance. During my course I was a part of regular projects on law seminars, bilateral discussion on laws with different communities, always with a smart method of study and well equipped environment, visiting law enforcement agencies which helped me a lot to expand my field of knowledge. Few aspects I enjoyed the most, the versatile syllabus giving you the chance to study a deep practical field of laws, I would add the detailed International and human rights laws, moreover it is the pioneer university in Bangladesh giving you the chance to study the elaborate laws of EU. I am enjoying the benefits. Secondly the faculty gives you the freedom to choose your research field with a lot of study guidance and time. I am ever grateful to all of the faculty members of the department for their direction and guidance. My sense of pride and achievements was rewarded with ‘The Presidential Gold Medal’ once I finished my courses in never ending journey with Metropolitan University. Metropolitan University is an amazing platform to study with pride and elegance, there are much more to explore and experience.
